Ear Impressions

Visit a Hearing Clinic and Get Impressions of Your Ears 

Once you have placed your order, you will be required to visit a hearing clinic for the making of impressions of your outer ear to be used for your customized tbone aviation earpieces. 

The impressions can be made by ANY hearing clinic and/or certified audiologist as long as the tbone aviation impression standard is followed and used. You choose the clinic most convenient for you, whether it is one located in your area or one of our certified clinics as described below.

To download and print the tbone aviation impression standard, please select Downloads" in the menu. Click here to access "Downloads" right away.

To obtain best comfort and fitting of your final headset, please read the guidelines here as well as bring the tbone aviation impression standard to the hearing clinic and/or audiologist. Your impressions must be packed safely to protect them from damage during transportation. Send them by regular postal service (airmail) to the address below.

Please note that the cost of the impressions is not included in the price of the tbone aviation^TM headset and must be paid directly to the provider of the impressions.
