I have hot spots, what do I do?
The comfort of the earpieces should be excellent if they fit correctly. If you have any hot spots and the pain on the first few legs are almost unbearable, then the earpieces needs to be polished by the clinic that made the ear impressions. It is a onetime session and afterwards the headset will be very comfortable in the sense that you can fly for hours without even noticing the headset.
It feels like one of my earpieces is too big, how can this be fixed?
From the factory, we make every effort to make perfect fitted earpieces but there are some cases where the user feels discomfort and have a feeling that one or both of the earpieces are too big. The ears are dynamic areas and if the impressions were made after a long flight or after a long day of flying, there might be some dehydration causing the ear impressions to be just a little too big. Please visit the hearing clinic to have them polished a bit. It will only take about 5 minutes and afterwards the fit will be much better.
