The First Period Of Use

The tbone aviation^TM headset is a new headset concept and may require a short period of time getting used to mentally and physically.

Special notice should be taken to the following situations:

• Allow yourself to get used to having a device inserted in your ears for several hours per day. This is probably an unaccustomed situation for you

• Speak in a normal voice level when communicating, although it may feel peculiar not speaking into a microphone. Also, do not raise your voice level, even if you communicate in a noisy environment

• Please be aware that your chewing and swallowing sounds may be transmitted. This could be annoying for your fellow pilot if you operate on a hot intercom

• Avoid tapping and scratching on the earpiece or the earpiece cord while communicating. The sensitive microphone may pick up the vibrations and include them in the transmission

• Please read the User Manual, and any updates to it, before taking the headset in use the first time. You can find the User Manual and any updates here.
