Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark without regard to its conflict of law's provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said rules. The place of arbitration shall be Copenhagen, Denmark. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decisions of the Arbitration Tribunal shall be final and binding upon the Parties.

tbone aviation reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the changes.
