Warranty Repairs

Your tbone aviationTM headset is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty (read terms of sales here) from the date of delivery. Date of delivery is the date where tbone aviation ships off your headset.

In case you should experience any problems with you headset, please contact us using the Support Request Form.

Please read the Frequently Asked Question Section before completing the Support Request Form.

When completing the Support Request Form, you have five (5) main support types to select from:

  
  1. Contact tbone aviation - Support Issues
    (use this Support type if you have any Support issue which is not a defect)

  2. Contact tbone aviation - Question to your tbone aviationTM headset
    (use this Support type if you questions concerning your headset)

  3. Cover by Warranty - Repair Headset
    (Use this Support type if your headset has a defect and is covered by warranty)

  4. Not covered by Warranty - Repair Headset
    (Use this Support type if your headset has a defect and is not covered by warranty)

  5. Return Headset within the 60 days trial
    (Use this Support type if you want to return your headset with the 60 days trial period)
 

When completing the Support Request Form, please make sure you fill out all fields as correctly as possible. Further please also be as specific as possible when describing the reason(s) in the description boxes.
